This cutting-edge system finely shreds materials to a tenth of a millimetre, making maintenance a breeze with its quad-cutting face. The innovative hydraulic motor designed by Bosch? It’s the heartbeat of this change, boosting efficiency like never before.
Then there’s our pride and joy, the MAX1700 Hammer Mill, a powerhouse engineered to conquer heavy-duty materials without compromise. With its innovative DUOface hammer, It’s not just a machine; it’s a testament to our commitment to excellence and durability.
Reimagining recycling: The decoating line
Our latest innovation, the decoating and delacquering line engineered to remove the grease from UBC and Profiles, it’s today reaching one of the best momentum that our R&D team have been able to achieve, ideating revolutionizing novelties such as the Auto-Thermal kiln design able to reduce the consumption of Natural Gas down to ZERO, the Oversize material input, designed to accept XXL material or the Zero Oxidation system, to obtain pure and shine scrap at the end of the line. Redefines how we handle aluminium scraps. It’s not just a line; it’s our dedication to sustainability.
